Requesting A Volt Badge

1. Division or Regional Manager will need to send the request via email to Route Support.

2. The email must contain:
*Subject line in the email: (User Full Name) – (Division) – (App)
• Example: Jonathan Olivetti – Atlanta – Walmart Volt
*Employee Full Name
*Employee ID Number (If employed by OMF) or IO account (For IO routes)
*The division they are assigned
*The user’s email address

3. Badge requests may vary depending on how fast the division or regional manager sends the correct information.

Example for user request:

The employee will be responsible for the replacement cost if the badge is lost or damaged.
