•Open the installation email Click on the blue link and download all three files •When it’s done downloading, search for My Files •Inside Internal Storage, go to Download folder and tap “com.xsalesmobility…” •Tap “Install” And “Open” and Proceed to Allow all permissions •Tap on the “three lines” in the mobile device at the bottom to swipe up to force closed the app •Search for My Files •Click on Essentials and Choose “All” •Go inside “Download” and press and hold the “GeneralSettings.conf” and tap “Copy” •Navigate to the XSales 4.4.1 folder that’s located in “Internal Storage” and Tap “Copy Here” •Go back to XSales App •Tap on the “Wrench” icon, and Input your route number where the “xxxx” are located •Tap the “save” icon in the top right corner •Go back to “Download” folder and tap and hold the “companyicon.png” and tap “Copy” •Navigate to the XSales 4.4.1 folder that’s located in “Internal Storage” and go to the “OLE” folder and tap “Copy Here” •Go back to XSales App and route will be able to be use. •Tap on the store you’re servicing and select “New/Edit”•Tap the icon on the top right corner to create an invoice•Make sure the order condition is in invoice, then tap the icon on the top right corner•Choose or search for the product you want to add by taping the “Magnified glass” icon at the top•Input the quantity then tap the icon in the top right corner•Once you’ve added all the products, tap the three dots in the bottom right corner•Tap “Invoice” and proceed to tap “Accept” then•Tap the pencil icon and go to the “Sign” tab and sign on the bottom part. •Click on the icon in the top right corner•Click on “Order Condition” and select “Credit pickup” and then tap the icon in the top right corner to save•Tap on the search bar to look for the item and select it•Tap on “Damaged Return” then add the quantity of each description, and tap the save icon in the top right corner•After adding all the items, tap the three dots in the bottom right corner and select “Invoice” and then “Accept”•Tap the pencil icon select the “Sign” tab and sign on the bottom space. Then tap on the save icon in the top right corner.•Tap on the three buttons in the bottom right corner and select”Print” and tap “OK”•Tap on the “Save” button at the right top corner to go to the invoices page. •In the customer options, tap “A/R Collections”•Tap the icon in the top right corner•Tap on the hand icon•Tap on the invoices you want to apply payment, it’ll show you the subtotal on the bottom. Then tap on the save icon•Tap on the bills icon, On the “Method”, choose the one you prefer you have 4 options.•It’ll show you the amount that needs to be paid. Then tap on the icon in the top right corner to save.•Tap and hold the payment and hit the printer icon, and then Tap “OK” It’ll start printing the receipt, and this will finalize the AR Collection Download guide

•All invoices and credits for the store•Tap and hold the invoice you want to void and tap the three dots in the top right corner•Tap “Void Invoice”•Tap “OK” and Choose the reason why you’re voiding said invoice then Tap “OK”•It will print the void report Download guide
